It’s Friday – we’ve made it!!

It’s amazing how slow and yet, how fast the weeks have gone by this year. This week has hit people especially hard, and has a lot of people sending happiness and love out to across the interwebs, so here is a round up of things going on this week that got me excited. I hope everyone has a weekend as unexpectedly good as pizza and champagne!

• The Pretty Little London Instagram account (a must follow!) now has a sister account for Paris, Pretty Little Paris (natch), and as someone heading to London and Paris in April, I’m beyond excited – and ready to save all the posts for places to check out.

• I’m planning a trip with my bestie to NYC to celebrate our 4oth birthdays (hers was this month and mine is in May, although I am still convinced we are 26) and while I have my favorite places and things to do, I am excited to add a stop at a speakeasy, such as Little Branch, as featured by @nybucketlist this week. • All of Phoenix is basically on vacation this week with the Waste Management Phoenix Open going on (it's basically a week-long party that draws over 120,000 people and golf happens to be going on in the background). I was able to attend Wednesday for the Pro-Am and watched pro Kevin Streelman come within a foot of a hole in one on the infamous hole 16! But, the best part hands down was instead of tapping in the easy birdie, he let his young daughter do the honors! #girldad for the win!

• Aren’t we all a little bit Alexis? In Season 5 of Schitt’s Creek, Alexis (played by the brilliant Annie Murphy) auditioned for Cabaret in a series defining moment for her character, singing her own song “A Little Bit Alexis.” This ranks in my top 5 moments from the show, but it was topped off this week when Annie Murphy performed the number with Kelly Clarkson on the Kelly Clarkson Show. All I can say is, oh my god, wow.
